The Learn, Elevate, Achieve, Perform (L.E.A.P.) program is offered to MTPS elementary schools that do not qualify for Title I funding.  The program is intended to target instructional gaps for qualifying students (grades 2-5) in English language arts and/or mathematics.  Students qualify for either phase I or phase II.  Phase I enables students to work on targeted skills through a learning path via an online program.  Phase II students not only work on targeted skills through a learning path via an online program, but are also afforded the ability to work with a small group coach.
